I love using yoghurt for Tiramisu instead of cream, because the calories are so much lower, making it easier to fit into your diet. In fact it's about 390kcal per serving. The images show a double serving 😋

RECIPE:
Cake
- 150ml Water
- 1 Egg
- 30g Cake Mix
- 20g Matcha Protein Powder
- 1/4 tsp Guar Gum (optional)
- Sweetener of your choice
- Pinch of salt
Tiramisu
- 100g Greek Yoghurt
- Matcha Powder
Toppings
- 1/2 pack of @basefood_tokyo Matcha cookies (optional)
METHOD:
- Mix the all the Cake ingredients, I use a hand mixer.
- Microwave on High/700w for 45-60 seconds (mine too 60).
- Cover the cake with the Yoghurt
- Dust the Yoghurt with Matcha powder
- Top with the optional Matcha cookies
- Bon appétit!
