This is one of my new favorite recipes! It is TRULY fudgy and gooey, and oh so chocolatey! Exactly what a brownie should be!
NOTE: This recipe needs Casein Protein Powder. If you substitute it with Whey or Whey Isolate you will get a super dry product! Casein holds onto moisture which makes it possible for this brownie to be fudgy and gooey!
I haven't tried cooking this in the microwave but it's definitely possible. The cooking time would be 700w for 2 minutes or 1000w for 1 minute. But please note that with all microwave cook times, it really varies on the individual ramekin/mug size, microwave size, microwave strength, if mercury is in retrograde or not, etc etc.
