I usually eat Casein Protein in some form before bed, so that I get a slow release of protein while I sleep. My go-to recipe was a Casein Protein Rice Pudding, but I tried removing the Rice from the Casein Pudding, and replacing it with French Toast instead. The result from my experiment was amazing! (I kinda already knew it) Anytime you get French Toast and add in a TONNE of "sauce" you will always get something good. Cos lets face it. There's nothing more atrocious than dry French Toast.
