This velvety smooth Chocolatey Mousse was sooooo damn good! I used MyProtein's Choc Banana Protein which is super strong in flavor, which just makes the mousse so much more indulgent!
Ideally, you'd want to use regular Whey Protein powder instead of Whey Isolate because it results in a thicker texture for both the proats and more importantly; the mousse. If you want to use a Whey Isolate, to avoid the mousse from turning out watery I'd sub the fat-free yogurt with regular yogurt.

RECIPE
Oats
- 60g Rolled/Instant Oats
- 200ml Almond milk/ Water
- 8g Cocoa Powder
- Sweetener of your choice
- Pinch of salt
Mousse
- 100g Fat-free Yoghurt
- 40g Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
- Dark Chocolate; chopped
METHOD
- Mix all the oats ingredients until well combined.
- Microwave the oats mixture on high/700w for 5 min.
- Separately, mix the Mousse ingredients until smooth.
- Cover the proats with the Mousse.
- Add the toppings.
- Enjoy!
