I recommend using thick and crunchy cereal. It's the best when it all get soggy but you still have a thick bite with every spoonful.
For the Cake, I use coffee instead of water because I've been told it brings out the flavor of Chocolate and I swear by it. I use coffee for all my chocolate recipes and have never looked back.

RECIPE:
Chocolate Cake
- 150ml Brewed Coffee
- 1 Egg
- 30g Cake mix
- 10g Protein Powder of your choice
- 1/4 tsp Guar Gum (optional)
- Sweetener of your choice
- Pinch of salt
Chocolate Cereal Milk
- 100g Fat Free Yoghurt/Skim Milk
- 10g Protein Powder of your choice
Toppings
- 50g Cereal of your choice
- 40g Banana or fruits of choice
METHOD:
- Mix all the Cake ingredients, I use a hand mixer.
- Microwave on High/700w for 45-60 seconds (Mine took 60).
- Separately, mix all the Milk ingredients, I use a hand mixer.
- Cover the cake with the Toppings
- Cover everything with the Cereal Milk
- Let everything soak up the Milk and get soggy.
- Enjoy!
