No-churn Eggnog Ice cream

 

This simple no-churn ice cream flavour is perfect for summer Christmas' like what I experience here in Australia. It brings the tastes of a winter Christmas in the cooling form of icecream!

Ingredients (4)

BASE ICE CREAM

  • 450g Thick cream
  • 260g Sweetened condensed milk

FLAVOURING

  • 2 g Ground Nutmeg
  • 57 g Eggnog

Method:

  1. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. Fold in condensed milk and all flavouring ingredients.
  3. Transfer to a pan (9x5 works well) and sprinkle with more nutmeg.
  4. Freeze for 4 hours minimum.
  5. To serve, let it sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before scooping.
