Matcha Overnight Chia & Oat Pudding


 

You can probably tell that I love matcha, sweets, and breakfast. This is another recipe combining 3 things I love most in food! 😀 The best thing about this is that I can have a healthier breakfast that is not just sweet and filling, but with almost no effort required.


Prep time: 5min
Cook time: overnight or 6 hours
Serving: 1


INGREDIENTS (6)

• 3 Tbsp chia seeds
• ¼ cup of rolled oats
• ⅔ cup coconut milk (or milk of your choice)
• 2 Tbsp coconut yoghurt
• 3 tsp raw honey (or sweetener of choice)
• 1 Tbsp matcha
• Toppings - fruits, berries, nuts, chopped white chocolate.

METHOD

1. Add all the ingredients in a jar and mix thoroughly. Store in the fridge overnight or for 6 hours.

2. The next morning add your toppings and enjoy!
