INGREDIENTS (7)
• 3/4 cup cashews (or nuts of choice)
• 2 Tbsp flax meal (or coconut flour)
• 1/2 cup peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)
• 1 ripe banana (or medjool dates)
• 1 Tbsp organic protein powder
• 1/3 cup maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
• Desiccated coconut to coat the balls
METHOD
1. Blend all the ingredients except the desiccated coconut until a dough-like batter forms.
3. Using about a tablespoon of the mixture at a time, use your hands to roll into evenly sized balls, rolling them into the coconut as you go to stop them from sticking to each other.
4. Enjoy as is or store in fridge for up to 2 weeks.
